Red face Please advise where to get this cute fish, the Eumicrotremus orbis etc LumpSucker

Dear experienced hobbyists,

I share the below video from Youtube, and hope someone can kindly ID and advise where to get this cute fellow as I wish to keep it as a pet.

The movement and size is what makes it so endearing.

no worries, some of them actually live around seaweed colonies and rocks rather near the shoreline
