Acrylic Mega Tank Supplied by Tankmaker
Good day to all.
We would like to share various mega acrylic tank that made by Tank_maker team. 1) Acrylic Aquarium Size 4m L x 0.65m W x 1.6m H (12.75ft L x 5.25ft height) Type of Setup: fresh water (arylic tank thickness 50mm) for a commerical customer in Singapore Type of tank: 50mm Acrylic Plexiglass tank c/w EOS with 5ft sump, base of tank is of 60mm thick. Type of support: stainless steel stand 3mm tube thickness grade ASTM 316 with 24 vertical beam Commissioned Date: Nov 2012 Leadtime Taken: 8 weeks Following is a WIP preview, full picture shall be posted upon customer approval. 1a) The supporting stand

1f) The tank reached its home position.
Kind of unreachable due to its extreme tall in size. The height of the setup is 2.6m (at tank top). 1g) The tank is in position It is time for the floor to work, it need to take the load of 6+ tons from the tank once water is in!! 1h) The setup in progress Tank_Maker guy is walking in the tank doing gravel leveling More detail shall be available at appropriate time. Thanks bro and Bboy for visiting.
We will be presenting the journey on getting this tank in place; hope not too lengthy as we glad to have gained experience through - manufacturing constraint where no raw material available locally - customer need where The Task is to construct a monster sea life aquarium that enhance the customer product (oceanic related). |
