Gnathochromis permaxillaris
Anyone keep this fish now or before ? Did you managed to "train" it to feed pellets that are still floating instead of waiting for them to sank to the bottom ?

Hikari sinking carnivore pellets, saki hikari and jbl novobits sink to the bottom pretty fast bro...

I do have those in the pellets mix* but some other fishes are just too fast. Will see how things go. worst case may have to isolated him.
* I pre-mix all sort of pellets. NLS pellets of various type/size, Tetra monster pellets & Omega one shrimp pellet. |

Kept quite a few before, my method of feeding is to pour more than enough sinking pellets to make sure the fishes gets enough food.
