Question Lighting duration

I'm using 2 blue FLs and also 3 daylight PLs. Presently the FLs are timed to come on at 6.30 pm and off at 8am the following day. Whereas the daylights come on at 7pm and off at 7 am the next morning. So what I've done is to replicate dawn, daylight and dusk. Not really essential for my FOWLR setup, but looks good

Is this what most of you are doing too ?

Btw how come your light come on at night time? And off during morning? Is it during day time no one is at home? Then got no darkness loh.

Correct, no one at home during daytime. That's why my tank lights are off during that period --> artificial 12-hour darkness period

make sure its dark enough,of your fishes cant slp nicely..
imo when you sleep can keep your tank lights off,so you can on your tank later in the evening and turn off earlier before morning.
