Default Found something strange with this shrimplet

Found this strange looking snowwhite in my tank.... head & tail is white while the body is close to transparent. Any bro or sis or master out there have come across such issue?

THis piece so far are very healthy.. so doubt it is sick.

from what i saw from silane's rillishrimp photo , his rilli head is like opaque and body is like transparent
