Add black water, allow tank to be cycled, feed daily & swoop out the food which leftover / untouch. Let Aro get use to the environment. Be patience, it could be as long as 2-4weeks. Still continue to maintian good water parameter.

This is what i do when i first tah pau / transfer an aro to a different tank
1. add in tank mates 2. no feeding 3. Try to immitate exactly the previous environment - like no powerhead........ 4. Add in BW ( Optional) 5. Install a small light n leave it on for 24 hours a day after 5 -7 days the aro eh appetite started coming back and is happily whacking all the food i throw in |
