normally after de ops,the eye will look much better then before.but no garranty it will be 100% recover to it oringinal . cover up the tank,if you got no fgt.once the wound heal it will pull the eye back.but can share, who did the ops for your fish?

5 days post op seems a short period for recovery. Do be patient and give it about 10 days to 2 weeks. Wound needs to heal and sometimes, tissue swelling may contribute to the "slanting effect".

Good luck.
