Do you have any missing parts in the tank or missing hard fishes (like pleco)?

My tiger once looked like this when it swallowed a L series pleco. I had to transmore it to pull out the pleco with a pincer.

This is what you can try to do.

1) Place your hand into the tank water to soak for awhile. Purpose is to get your hand to be of same temperature as the tank water. Perhaps a minute or 2. Do likewise with a clean piece of cloth (size a little bigger than the Tiger will do)

2) Place the cloth on the floor. Net the Tiger out and place Tiger (while still within the netting) onto the cloth. Use your one hand to hold the Tiger down while the other to very carefully maneuver the Tiger's mouth back into place.

The reason to get your hand to the same temp as tank water is so that Tiger would not struggle so much when your hands handle it.
