redcross Aro Become 'S' Shaped Overnight!!!

Hey bros,
need help, my friend's aro overnight started to become 'S' shaped and the swimming pattern is slow and crippled like that? The RTG's colour also start to pale liao. What could be happening and is there any remedy? We bought aro together same batch from fish farm, could it be genes? Please assist... Thanks...

Most likely kenna ph shock.I guess your fren din acclimatize the aro b4
he put it into his tank.

Cannot be leh, he have been keeping the aro in the tank for over a year liao... Is the thing reversible anyway???

internal parasite maybe?

do you always deworm your aro every week?

Maybe thats the reason?
