I will scrub the algae in the tank and do a wc 25%,then I add in chlorine and top up water with slow flow rate.

why are you adding in chlorine? shouldnt you be adding in anti chlorine?
i kept many motoro last time... now no more motoro but just bought a few rays... and i realise that they actually help to scrub the bottom of the tank as they "kick" along...

could it be linked instead to the water change? anyway my rays used to have this habit also.. they won't eat on the day of the water change.. guess the water change spooked them.. but they'd be ok the very next day.. so it might be the water change.. how are you doing ?

Now,I dare not to scrub the tank, fear I may lost my mm.The tank at the bottom is dirty I am afraid of having high ammonia if I scrub it.

hmm, anyway for your info, I scrub the algae off the side of my tank when I change my tank water which I do once every 2 weeks. I have 3 cannister filters running though. 2x 2260 an 1 x2028. So far no prob. If you're worried abt high ammonia, try cutting back on the feeding, do water parameter checks. I don't think the algae actually contributes to high ammonia. Algae is just due to sunlight.. if the algae is brown, might also be due to excessive nutrients in the water due to excessive feeding.
