Using WaterLife Octozin
Hi guys,
I intend to use WaterLife Octozin to treat some of my large Frontosa Burundis which seemed to have sunken stomach, despite eating well. Is it safe for other fishes which are healthy? Cos I do not have spare tanks to separate them. Thanks for reading. |

Started dosing last night for first time. Instruction says has to dose day 1 , 2 and 3.
Each tablet treats 22.5 litres. So I dissolved 18 tablets in about 10 litres of tank water and pour into the main tank. Reduce the tank water to about 400 litres. All fishes look ok for now. Eating as per normal. |

But I carry on the treatment for 3 days as instructed. Recently did the same treatment for my new batch of zaires when they produced white poop. |

Octozin from Waterlife is received many positive feedback from hobbyist.
It seems to be the safest deworm medicine for sensitive fish, I did tried on Aro, tigers and rays that no issue. However, the results I can't really tell as I used Octozin as the purpose of quarantine medicine for new fish and regular deworming. Yes, TS, you need to dose the med same amount for the first consecutive 3 days and changed water on the 7th day. Meaning the whole course is 7days, first 3 days add medicine and change water on 7th day, in between no need water change. Wish to hear update from you! All the best for your deworming |
