2 possibility, the first is protruding eye dued to excessive fat accumulated behind the eye ball.second could be protrouding eye dued to infection.for the first, skip sw and add in an extra power head to force the aro to swim more.the result is like treadmill, second possibility can be solve by adding in epsom salt.amount depend on the tank size.

Bro,protuding eye and de is different.the first is bulging eye dued to retention of fluid around the eye.de is low eye level or droopy eyes dued to accumulation of fatty deposits around the eye.is not difficult to remove them.
