Default Question about chiller

I intend to get a chiller for my 2 ft planted tank. I am planning to remove all my fishes and put only CRS in it. My current 2 ft planted tank temp varies from 25-28 degrees celsius and I am only using a cooling fan. I never tried chiller before.

May I have opinion on what chiller should I get and what will be the price for one? I haven't bought any chiller before.

Thanks

A 1/10hp chiller will be good for you. If you have spare cash, I would suggest getting the Artica brand, which cost close to $1k. Run it with an eheim 2028 will be just nice for this capacity chiller.

If there is a budget get a Resun or Hailea chiller. Though there are not as quiet as Artica or Teco and they are made in China, but they get the work done. Its not really that noisy anyway. A Resun cl-280 for around 300 bucks.

Just came back from Aquarama, Saw they have this new 1/15hp chiller. Cost abt 0.9k. Wondering if its enough to cool a 2ft tank?
