detailed writeup on the different species of oscars.
very interesting breeding setup mentioned. wonder if it is replicated in singapore.

Talking about Oscars, has anyone seen the large unique pieces sold at Aqua Empire? I was amazed by the colors! It has a mix of orange like in those that we see in the common tiger oscars and grey/white from that of the WC variants that we have recently. They look like Astronotus ocellatus var. zebra as featured in the article!

P.S: I'm not related to them and not trying to promote them! Just awe-struck!

saw them, every unique one pce with full red maze pattern on tail. almost bag.
