Dear members,

Together, Stones Aquarium, OEM Sourcing & Product Development Enterprise and AFC are organising this water parameters monitoring and management event for AFC members.

Event Details:
Date: 15th Dec 2012
Time: 9am to 3pm
Venue: Stones Aquarium [Blk 24 Sin Ming Rd #01-31 S(570024)]

Participant capacity: 30 pax max

Door gift:
- One set of Wizz product sample, include 1x150ml Anti C/C, 1x150ml Fast Cycle solution and a bottle of 500ml KS Special brew (multi minerals).

Lucky Draw Prizes:
- 24" Albino Lungfish
- 10" MBU puffer
- Vatf 4" x 5 pieces
- Cichla kelberi Bahia x 10 pieces
- 5 x 5litre KS Special brew (multi mineral)
- Water parameters monitoring device
Note: The Organiser reserve the right to replace the prizes with fish or product of similar value without prior notice.

30 places are available and free for AFC Ordinary Members. AFC members who registered and do not turn up will be "disciplined" by the AFC Committee.

For AFC members' guests, S$20 per person will be charged and members shall be responsible for the payment. Payment will be collected on the day of the event and we’d appreciate if you could bring the exact amount. No change will be given. Any excess will be considered as a contribution to AFC.

The deadline for registration is 10th December 2012, 2359 Hr AF time. It will be on a first-come-first-served basis and AFC members and their guest/s will be given priority. Please note that guest/s must be accompanied by AFC member and cannot be registered "through" AFC member. After this date/time, registration will be open to AF members.
