Red Hook VS Emperor Red Hook
Hi all
Wish to ask what is the difference betweena red hook and a Emperor red hook ? I understand that: Red Hook = Myloplus rubripinnis But what about Emperor Red Hook ?? Thanks !! |

emperor red hook center got a bar while red hook no bar

Emperor red hook look like emperor blue hook . With a black bar at center just that the hook different colour.

Blue hooks hook is blue.
Red hooks hook is red.(just joking) EBH have a black vertical bar center of their body.. ERH doesn't |

Share mine. The top 4 are RH while the smaller bottom 2 ERH

Ah !!! Thanks all for the comments, especially the picture !
So are they all Myloplus rubripinnis ? or they are slightly different ? Btw, are there 2 types of Emperor Red Hooks (ERH) ? I was told 1 type has double hook and another got single hook ?? And one of the type will grow red patches when mature ? |
