preparing of kunning
Hi bros and sis,
Would like to learn some tips on how you guys prepare kunning or other fish meat for your rays? Lets Say abt 7-10" rays? Do you guys gut and de bone the kunning? Or just freeze and cut into smaller chunks with the bones and guts? Thanks in advance! Gereld |

Actually it depends on the size of your rays...for bigger rays like 10inches and above, i think they have no problems taking the bones and guts as well...

So if we don't de bone, does you guys gut the kunning? Or just cut with the internals?
Thanks in advance! |
