Question CO2 regulator reading

any bro here can explain or provide me some link that has a good explanation on the reading of a CO2 regulator (left and right)

The left one that reads 1000psi or above is the gauge that shows the pressure of the gas inside the cylinder. The right one shows the pressure of the regulated gas, which is usually above 25psi.

oic, but is there any relationship between the bps the we adjusted with the reading on the right guage (i.e usually above 25 psi)? will it drop or raise if we increase the bps?
