Hydrolycus armatus 4"
Here's my 4" Armatus Payara eating its 4th gold fish!! Really happy to have had the chance to catch him in the act 😁

My all time favourite together with goliath tiger fish.
Its a fast grower at this stage, beware of the rest of the comm become food. |

if it attempt to eat the clown loach and the loach spring out the movable spine set beneath the eyes that can be deadly if the armatus is swallowing it.

okok dont worry will definitely separate my armatus to an individual tank for show case!
WIll a 3x1.5x1.5 be sufficient to hold a single armatus? Quote:
