swimming bladder problem n hunch back

my 18in sliver got swimming bladder problem n hunch back develop today.It was not able to swim downward n float at the surface.

Sliver was stressful n dash around when I went near to it everytime. since past one month.

It live in a com of 2 more aro n 6 tankmates n hse in 522 sump tank.

Recently my tank had bad water condition but i have did wc for the past few day.

i on the heater to 29 degree n add salt.
