Default Concerns for rescaping my tank

Just got quite an amount of lapis sand. Decided to rescape my 2ft tank probably into rockscape.

My main concerns are what's the maximum weight-load my 2ft tank can carry.

I was thinking maybe I could lay at least 1 inch or maybe 1.5inch of lapis sand in it but was thinking I might need to add in some rocks later which may add even more weight to it.

My tank is supported by a Styrofoam sheet(1.5cm thick and used for about 8 years already) on a normal 2 tier metal stand.

I do not wish to overload the tank and thus making it leak or crack.

Can anyone here give me some advices or share with me your experiences. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated too.

Thank you in advance!
