redcross HELP! Ick or not??

Hello,

I just got a new oranda and I'm afraid she might have ick or the start of the visible white spot symptom of the cycle. I've treated ick before (and have been successful), and hers is not as bright white as I've seen. I've done 2 treatments for her so far, just in case so it doesn't get worse or develop further.

She has 2-3 spots on her tail fin (and possibly the start of a spot on her dorsal fin, but I'm not sure). They are larger than what I've seen in ick and lighter than looking like salt. It has not spread for at least 4 days.

Is this ick? Or could it be a minor case of oxygen burn? What can I do to treat this besides medication and/or raising the water temp? (I have never used salt before)
