Japan Asahi Grade 1 Glass

Nowadays, aquariums are considered as one of the most modern forms of interior décor accessory in home or workplace in order to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. Our manufactured glass tanks boast of all round machine polish Japan Asahi Grade 1 glass to prevent cuts or injuries due to the smooth edges created by the machine polish as compared to hand chamfered tanks. Thus, a very refined and professional finishing look is guaranteed.

Perimeter Bracing

Euro Bracing Top and Bottom: Bracing for tanks on top as well as bottom. Strengthens and supports the glass of the tanks by pulling it together as pressure is always applied at the biggest surface areas which are the front and back; also not forgetting the works of gravitational pull at the bottom. Double-up as a support for glass covers and prevents fish from jumping out as well. Euro Bracing is characterized by a narrow glass strip that runs around the entire top perimeter of the tank, as well as a center glass brace that runs front to back. The braces are set inside the top and bottom edge of the tank. This thus adds stability to the tank in general.

Overflow box

Suction effect of this installation allows sediments at the bottom of the tank to be filtered out by flowing into the box instead of circulating in the tank. Over-flow box act as surface skimmer for suspended particles. Our overflows are constructed out of glass with acrylic overlay. The tank's cleanliness can thus be maintained fuss-free. We also have our very own exclusive laser cut acrylic comb for the filter. This comb is unlike the others found in the market, boasting better flexibility but at the same time, very durable. Our overflow box has a preferred choice of right / left or center positioning, and in rectangular or triangular shapes depending on each customer's needs.

Dow Corning silicon

Dow Corning silicon is widely acclaimed in the aquarium industry as the most suitable silicon for aquarium tanks as it is not poisonous and thus, will not harm the marine life in the tank. Black silicon is beneficial for it will not take on dye from medication and if algae collect in the corners it will not be as visible. Clear silicon is also available at your request.

Oyama pasting
Oyama pasting is almost synonymous with a splendid looking fish tank. Oyama services are provided with a wide range of self adhesive color films available rather than the standard Black, Blue or White. Black Oyama has been chosen in this case. Feel free to personalize your tank with various colors of matt or gloss posters. Adding coloured film to your tank creates a decorative effect that really compliments the ambience of a room without dominating or overpowering it. We are open to any idea or design you may have in mind. We will be able to tell you if it's possible to create it, and give you a free estimate as to the fabrication cost. All with absolutely no obligation whatsoever.

Plumbing Holes

Almost all of the tanks manufactured by us have 4 machine polished holes on the top bracing, 2 holes at the front top bracing and 2 holes at the back top bracing. The holes can double-up as convenience sake when it comes to feeding small food and acts as a mean to tidy wire management such as the wire cords from wavemakers, oscillators and other types of surge devices.

Glass Covers

Our glass covers are finished with oyama trimmings with holes on top. Oyama trimmings are a safety precaution to protect you from cuts caused by the edges of glass covers. It also serves as an added resistance to breaking and chipping. The black oyama trimmings also give the tank a pleasant overall look. Holes drilled into glass covers allows better grip handle during removal of glass covers. Having glass panes reduces the level of evaporation particularly if the tank is situated in an air-conditioned room, which means you don't need to top off the tank frequently.
