Of course there's diff between public flats and pte housing, but what I'm saying is that they dun take public money and spend.... The diff is they charge u for conservancy charges. Conservancy charges is not public nor gov money. What u were implying is that TC is taking tax payer money and spending w/o accountability. That's the diff.
Not all Singaporeans pay conservancy to TC and not all TC belong to the ruling party.
