if im getting coral sand how many bag/kg enough for 4ft???

do you pros use seachem cichlid salt?
Bro tb82, depends on individual preference. I used to put very thick layer but now thinner cos most tangan like to dig and "build sand castle" at the front till very high blocking view, every time wc have to flatten substrate. Personally i do 2cm but max 3-4cm more then enough. If your tank is 422, 40kg is sufficient. Also if you are scaping with very heavy rock/boulder/slates, good to put egg crate at base to support the weight avoiding cracking glass. Happy setting up
