I can't remember the exact price but I think its in the $100+ range.

A fishtank is just like your computer. When your tank crash(OS crash), its time to cleanup(reformat hard drive) and setup(install OS) again and add new livestock(re-install software). |

another thing about small nano-cube, when full covered, with light on, the internal temp tends to be pretty high, that will further limit your choice of livestocks.

Nano tank really more difficult than larger tanks.. water condition is more sensitive to mistakes. One wrong move and the whole tank can crash... If you can suggest a larger tank ( 2ft at least) and add an external filter. Don't overstock the tank ( quite a challenge as very tempting to add fishes) and it should be OK. If you want corals and exotic fishes, you will need a chiller and skimmer to make things more stable..better lighting etc...in summary ...it won't be cheap
