I read and read, there are many questions to be answered. Some have been raised by ppl here.
Perhaps many lapses took place as someone pointed out but who is accountable? Right from the tender period or during the progress claims? Or perhaps we will nvr find out the answers at all and SG ppl have very poor memories. All these issues that had surfaced will be forgotten gradually. |
