Keep the photo period to six hours stretches until your plants are stable. Dark periods of four hours minimum is essential to avoid green water/algae since you have started dosing ferts before plants growing well. If algae noticed, wc 10-15% daily.

Thanks for the tip doc. I have increase the lighting period to 7.5hrs from the initial 4hrs & 6hrs. Total blackout is at least 5hrs. And the airpump will run for 6hrs after CO2 is stopped for 3hrs.
Currently having problem of too much external light from the windows coming in will be making a black out curtain for the tank so the plants will not grow slanted to 1side...... Pearling is 1st noticed on echindorus follow by my H. tripartita (JP) 3 days later forming large bubbles on leave tips instead of pearling like echinodorus. |
