This is my system....I'm using a 2-tier 3 ft tank.
bottom tank is used as a "water treatment' plant. and the top tank is use to keep the TVR, with constant water feed from the below tank, and overflow down. The constant wataer feed thru a air tubing. [IMG][/IMG] The DIY overflow pipe...I've 2 in case 1 stop working, [IMG][/IMG] the overflow from top is going thru a single layer OHF to trap all dirt. The bottom tank water is running thru a 3 tier OHF to clean up the water. The new water is going into the bottom tank also.
