Problem with c02
Juz got a 2 litre co2 yesterday from c328 (its painted black on the outside with the word co2 right across the tank). It was working fine yesterday as the gauge was showing 1000psi and bubbles were released at a rate of 1 bubble/sec. This morning, I checked the gauge and it show a reading 0psi (no co2 bubbles in the bubble counter). What should i do?

Sounds like there are leaks. Maybe the connections between cylinder, pressure guage, valves, etc., is leaking. You can call them or bring the items back to them to redo/refill if they are the ones that fixed up for you.
Otherwise, since already no pressure in cylinder, you may not be able to detect where the leaks are even if you try using water. You may redo the connections and ensure you use those white rubber tapes where plumbers used to joint pipes to wrap around the screw threads before re-connecting to ensure no leaks, then refill the cylinder and try detect again. If you not sure, you can also bring to NA and ask Chan to redo and refill. Hope above suggestions helps. |
