Selecting & Buying a Chiller

I am thinking of buying a chiller...

Resun and Atman are cheap comparing to Pacific coo, teco... why? reliability? Efficiency? Effectiveness?

I heard Cheap chiller suck up more energy compare to chiller that is branded with same rating. So basically branded one cool better and cheaper when operating in the same condition as those cheaper model. NEXT cheaper ones have lower service life (require servicing more frequently). Branded ones don't spoilt easily. any truth in these rumours I've heard from some of my kakies.
