Default skin rot on ray...pls help

I got 2 motoro that have some skin problem. The male is in serious condition, with rot on the sex organs,so far no sign of recovery after. The female has skin rot on the top, it does recover but spread to other part of her body. So far, both are eating well, I tried melafix for 10 days, but dont seems to have any effects.

Any bro can advise what to do next ?

Pictures in my gallery under "sick ray"

Thank you.

Bro, I am not pro in ray sickness but maybe u will want to check the water parameter, meanwhile u might want to put a heater(with protection cover) into the tank. Hope the rays will be alright..

Bro look quite bad to me. First these are newly bot rays or they have been wif u for sometime? Next check ur PH, very low PH will cause lots of problem for rays even death. Roting is one of the problem.

Dont feed now and run as many filter as u can to keep the water clean. Cheer and wish U luck.....

bro, i suspect these are bite marks. how many rays are there together with them?? i see from ur gallery, u have 3 rays, 2 motoro and another "black ray". it could be that either 1 or 2 rays are doing the biting. best is remove the male (badly bitten) and treat separately. juz maintain very good water quality, check all parameters, and add melafix is OK.

if u see that it is fungus, then use both melafix and pimafix, follow actual dosage.

gd luck, hope the rays recover soon.

Thank you for the advise.

No ff or pleco...I observe them very closely each day, guess is not due to fight. Will check my PH level tonight, I guess this could be the problem.

Thanks again, will update you guys..
