I agree that skimmer will actually take out what the scallop needs so what I do is to fee the scallop directly using a syringe from liquidfry suck abit up and squeeze into the scallops mantle hmm electric yes there is but not that strong that lights up ur whole tank just some corner of it

Yup kinda late to save it though, thks for the advice...i feed my gigas with freeze dried planktons etc...so far thriving..
