Service to setup Fiber Glass trough and custom Piping

I am looking into buying and building a water storage tank with filtration system for watering. Anyone or someone you know can provide this service and material. Thanks ahead.

- Basically a trough of about 4-5 feet (whatever is in market). Water source is pump from pond to tap, so green and fishy smell expected.
- Piping and joints to support 2 water floats (toilet type) to cut of the water when full. 2nd float to act as secondary cut off when 1st fails.
- More joins will be required (to be discussed)
- An overhead filtration is required to pre-filter the green water from tap. I will provide the filtration design but you can always recommend.
- I welcome further suggestion to make the green water clean in the tank and also remove the stale smell.
