next time at petmart, look for edwin. He is quite knowledgable in shrimps.. also, he's singaporean so he definately can understand what you are saying. The China guy seems to be more specialized in plants. Ask him anything about any plant, and most likely you'll get the answer. The china guy cannot really understand english. Last time he told me its okie to mix shrimps and cichlids together.. so you get the idea.
My advise is if you really want to keep shrimps, take out the substrate that you are using now. And change to the more streamline soil that most of us are using, either GEX and ADA. These soil are the shrimp friendly soil. Good luck! Btw, the inlet of your pump, you can buy those sponge sold at any LFS for 50 cents.. |

thanks for the informations bros..i guess this tank will have to be a tetra tank instead of a shrimp tank liao
