Help with Small white things in my tank

Hi All Bros,

My CRS tank got some white larvae swimming around. i guess they are mosquitoe larvae and some white coloured small round dunnoe what climbing around.

Can i check how can i get rid of them ?

Im sure its a mosquitoe larvae, my friend who started a tank with me also have this problem. but not sure how to get rid of it

If you are so sure it's mosquito larvae the scoop it out. Dangerous breeding mosquitoes.

those small round things are most likey seed shrimps, just dun feed too much can liao

buy mini rasboras they should be able to help

Are you referring to a small white dot swimming around at the top/sides/btm of the tank?? Most likely is Seed Shrimp.

Matured tank with overfeeding/leftover food usually caused this. Feed less or scope up leftovers might cured this problem.

Is it becos your water surface is stagnant/still or not moving. Then it will easy for the mosquito to lay eggs...

Yeah, they are small round things moving around.. my water surface is moving cause i use HOF and my tank is 1ft only..

haiz.. now my shrimps are dying,.. ytd die 1 today die another 1.. sad...
