LF:Saltwater Concrete pond rental

Hi, not sure where to post to be asking for lobangs to rent saltwater concrete pond.
Looking for a small to medium pond to try out rearing marine fish e.g grouper. Would prefer a location that's secure and easy/ready access to fresh saltwater. Of course rental must be reasonably low as we would like to test and find out if our project would be feasible for a long term investment.
