For this piece, it is likely a Neocaridina heteropoda， 黑壳虾], which plant farm use them in clearing algae. It is not right to jump into any conclusion when your tank is mixed or highly possibly that it is from plant.

The shrimplet might be from a plant that u previously introduced into the tank. I have this experience of setting up a new tank with some moss in it. After 2 weeks of cycling I saw 2 shrimplets!
