For RTGs, our minimum order is 10 fishes at newly reduced price of S$170 each, choose from tank A or tank B (each tank having 10 fishes each). As for BMBs, our minimum order is only 5 fishes, at newly reduced price of S$550 each. Choose any 5 from two tanks of 10 fishes each (ie choose 5 from 20pcs).

As to whether you should go to C328 or come directly to us, you actually have a choice. Think convenience of location to your home or office ...

Many thanks!

Default What fishes are you keen in?

Hi Finclk
Thanks for the support, once again! Yes, we bosses have to work most Sundays and Public Holidays, sob sob. So, do PM or email us which time slot is fine for you, either 3-4pm or 4-5pm.

But most importantly, you would have to let us know before hand, what kind of fishes interest you so that we will place them in the small showroom first. Due to the smallness of the showroom, regrettably, we won't be able to put too many types of fishes in there at any one time.

Thanks and awaiting your PM or email.

Hi Singraysng
Thanks for the support of DFI! Regrettably, we do not do trade in of fishes. This is done to ensure that our bloodline is not tainted in any possible way. So sorry about this, wish I could help you in one way or another.

Much appreciated for your kind thoughts.

It is a very wise step that you preserve your bloodline. Making sure that the new generations are pure bred.

And now is the best time to start a comm tank......

Given the current situation, an aro farm wouldn't buy your aro UNLESS it's a really good quality aro from their own farm at a cheap price.

Now there's so much supply, every farm is trying to sell, not buy more aros.

If tomorrow US market approves asian arowanas into the market.. BOOM! Immediately prices will double here and farms will go all out to buy your aros.

All about economics...

Hi Finclk
You really got a point there and in a way, I must agree with you ,,,

But, there must be exceptions, take for instance, DFI. In both good and bad times, our farm has a policy of not accepting trade-ins. Those of you who had in the past 17 years requested us to do trade ins, would know this fact.
Sorry for letting some of you down but this is our farm policy.

Just for info sharing only. (btw, Finclk, thanks for your PM, I am replying to it now, do look out, thanks).

Default Thanks indeed for the nice words ...

Hi Framejumb0
Yes, indeed. This is the best of times to start a comm tank. RTGs are below S$200 each and xbacks at just under S$500 each. Don't wait any longer till the price start to jack up again ... When we first started in 1995, RTGs were going for S$550 wholesale and Xbacks, S$1600 wholesale. Still have all the old invoices to remind me of those prices/days ...

A little off topic - property prices are at its peak now, so wait for the next recession if you are in no hurry to buy a house. Always buy things/houses when its cheap and NOT when prices are at its peak! Thus, avoid going to showrooms and browsing through houses advertisements now (sorry, developers and housing agents, no pun intended, just my personal opinion).

Last I have heard, there is a second meeting at the AVA yesterday about the US arowana situtation. We did not attend it and so don't know what is the outcome of the meeting?

Cheers!
