Default Low End Macro Lens

I have Nikon D3000 with AF-S18-55mm lens.

Just came across ebay site, there is this
"52 mm 0.45X Fisheye + Macro Lens for Nikon D3000 D3100 D5000 D5100 7000D D320" which has the description :
This 0.45x Wide Angle Lens with "MACRO" fits right over your camera existing lens system, allowing you to get more in the picture, include more of the landscape, more people in group picture, and interiors show more of the room. It also has the separate Macro lens, that can be used for very detailed close up pictures.
Truly 2-in-1 photographic solution.
Mounts on any lens with 52mm filter thread - no adapter needed

Will this low serves a macro lens for my D3000 to take better guppy picture ?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Cheers

Bro, my advice is better off if u purchase the reverse mount adapter & pair it up with ur kit lens.

Addition of an external flash will be better...
