1-Day Excursion to Johor on Saturday, 13 September 2014.
AFC and FHCS are organizing a combined 1-Day Excursion to Johor on Saturday, 13 September 2014 (school holiday week) for their members. AF members are also welcome but priority will be given to AFC and FHCS members and their families and guests. FHCS side already has 15 members and guests who have confirmed. We will need at least 15 more participants from AFC and AF sides in order to book a 44-seater coach. The attractions of this excursion are lots of eating and shopping plus visiting a few LFS in Johor.
The ITINERARY will be as follows: Date: Saturday, 13 September 2014. Pick-up & Drop-off Points: 1) Eunos MRT Station Carpark (Bus departs at 8.30am sharp) 2) Clementi Ave 2 Carpark behind Blk 328 (Bus departs at 9.00am sharp) Bus will be travelling to Malaysia and back to Singapore via 2nd Link at Tuas. Places to Visit and Estimated Time: 1) Gelang Patah – breakfast (9.30 – 10.00am) 2) Skudai – fish shops at Tun Aminah and a supermarket nearby (10.30 – 12.00nn) 3) Yong Peng – lunch & shopping (1.00pm – 2.30pm) 4) Air Hitam – shopping (3.30 – 4.00pm) 5) Kulai – Nanyang fish aquarium (4.30 – 5.00pm) 6) Senai – Factory outlet & dinner at restaurant (5.30 – 7.30 onpm) 7) Return to Singapore MODE OF TRANSPORT 44-Seater Bus COST OF EXCURSION If 30 – 34 persons, cost will be $50 per person for club members and $75 for non-members. If 35 – 39 persons, cost will be $45 per person for club members and $70 for non-members. If 40 – 44 persons, cost will be $40 per person for club members and $65 for non-members. * The Clubs are subsidizing $25 on the cost for each member. Members are entitled to 1 subsidy only even if you are members of both clubs. * Costs are inclusive of 2-way transport on Singapore-registered LTA-inspected vehicle, Singapore driver, fuel costs, parking charges, toll charges, coach insurance for all passengers while seated in the bus, Malaysia-registered tour guide (as required by Malaysia Tourism Board), tips for driver and tour guide, and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner). TERMS & CONDITIONS • Once you put your name in the attendance list, it is considered as confirmed and no withdrawal and cancellation will be entertained for whatever reasons. • Passengers who are non- Singapore and Malaysia citizens have to check with their respective embassies whether a visa is required for their entry into Malaysia. • If no visa is required, pleased ensure that your passport has a validity period of at least 6 months. • Kindly provide us with your passport details: Full Name as per passport, gender, date of birth, nationality, passport numbers, passport expiry date and handphone numbers. This is to ensure proper checking for the both Singapore & Malaysia Immigration. • The Organiser and the Bus Company cannot be held responsible for any delays, hold-ups, loses of personal belongings, accidents including injuries and deaths, and any other unforeseen circumstances caused by act of God while the vehicle is transit. . |

Please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months from departure date and you can definitely make it for this trip before you put your nick in the list below. Once you have done so, you cannot withdraw or cancel for whatever reasons. Trip will be cancelled if there are less than 15 names on the list by closing date.
