No one likes the idea of 6.9 million population. I don't follow their rationale and explanation base on what statistics they do such forward planning.
No one can predict what happens in future. Maybe by then we no need such numbers? A lot of PRs gone back to their own countries? Who knows? For me now is how to earn more $$$. Save more $$$. Cash is still king. |

My take is WP did nothing after the 2011 election. That's could be the main reason for letting PAP to cut the votes to 50.9%...

I happened to bump into pritam Singh soon after last GE and told him that people has given them a chance to run a GRC and there is no room for mistakes which he totally agree with. |

Actually when I vote, I dun consider the TC issue nor the LKY sympathy votes. First time WP run GRC there is bound to have problems.
I have to say of all Opp Party, WP still most credible. You got to be at their grassroot levels before they field you to be candidate. Not like other party where candidates just parachute in. Personally feel pity Bernand Chan didn't manage to get in. Not only is he highly educated but also very active in WP events. Helping out in MEP sessions, dinner celebrations and lead short trips for residents. |
