Default Is my KH & GH to high for shrimp ?

My mini tank about 3 month. Water change every 1 month ( 25% only)
I had 5 Cherry Shrimp and 5 blue shrimps only.
Yesterday Cherry start to breed out baby shrimp.
This afternoon I bought API test kit for KH & GH

Found that my KH is 7, my GH is 25.

I was wonder how come so high?
My first water change is from tap water.
2nd water change is boiled water.
3rd water change also boiled water.

Tank size 200mm x 200mm x200mm
No Co2
Stock supplied LED light ( how many watt don't know)
Mini water filter ( stock supplied)

Because office aunt away top up many boiled water and is very near. If want collect tap water, must collect at toilet or level 3 pantry which need walk abit far
