Default Which medicine is more useful on mouth rot? Melafix or mutlicure

Hi realised recently my aro mouth lips seen to look flat... i think is due to knock onto the glass wall thats why it look flat. Anyway would like to check which medicine is more useful for mouth fungus? Melafix or Multicure? Please advise. Thanks

Normally it will recover by itself. Importantly is to keep good water condition. WC regularly

I use yellow powder, for any rot or when my Arowana start to act weird.
