Possible swim bladder problem, get some Med. May try "Interpret No.13"

i enquire from my frd which kept discus before, he says if bladder for discus is spoilt, wont cure

Yes and no. Yes, if the damage already done. And no, if it just started with bacteria infection and it can be cured.

my discus tank has alot of white,worm-like creatures crawling around... how do i get rid of them? thanks..

white worms like in other fish's tnak are due to left over food not being cleared. u feed ur fish beef heart?

when beef heart gets into the water and rots, it will foul up the water fast. if u are using mechanical filtration like ohf, i suggest u turn off ur pump first before feed. until they finish then start to turn on.

imo, those worms will not harm ur discus. what i did last time to my other tank was to change water and add salt and heater.

Just to share, i do WC 50% daily with some salt n anti cholrine direct tap water . DO let new water in slow, dont rush .
When come to breeding , change more than 50% water until it start to lay egg.
Discus eat well and grow fast with clean and good water condition.
