should be going later, need to settle some things at home first. you wanna come along? my yamatos still swimming happily around this morning. think the EEs are still small, once their mouth can 'accomodate' the yamatos, it should be dessert for them soon. |

Wow this thread spinning lots of EE interests....great!!
I note one more of my juruparis showing HITH....been very tied up so slacking on tank maintenance. The other EEs still doing well though. But now look at the tank, EEs all growing bigger, getting crowded liao. Hey you guys really doing a good job with your tanks.....make me itch. Got a spare 4ft standing by. Initially wanted to keep tropheus but now maybe EEs, after seeing all your picts. Will be either my existing redhead pair (if can net them out) or a balzanii colony...hee, thanks to Freshman's stirring. Kept a colony before but wasn't too successful.....most died offby about 4". Have said this many times, really difficult to keep them into healthy adults....but still wanna try. Brasilensis & aro - no problem. They are not exactly aggressive but rather can hold their own against others....in terms of temperament, comparable to balzaniis, though the latter definitely lose out in fights. |
