i would like to add.
those using ktp extracts. dont throw away your ktp leaves. crush/grind em and leave it inside the extract. the tubis will cling and feed on it since its a decaying leaf to begin with. i bot $2 worth of tubi, enough to fill a midsize aluminium tray (those used for bbq). no aereation. HUGE culture still surviving and happily feeding on crushed ktp leaves after 1 week. WC once a day. kept the water level low as per instructed by brose here. thanks. |

i have successfully kept some tubi with water covering just slightly over them for 3+ weeks.
the key is to use aged water. and to provide some substance eg fish food. change water is like thrice a day for me. once in the morning, once in the evening and once before going to sleep. |
