Haha... i like your tank also leh... if I get more spawns, need to setup more breeder boxes like you liao.

I don't have many issues with deadspots leh - since tangans like to dig. Even the mobas big big also like to squeeze in between rocks... take a big mouthful of sand and pui out. I guess probably try to get some some sand sifters - they do a good job of churning the sand.

With the rate and breeds of fish you are rearing, i think you will need more new tanks than breeding boxes haha.

Thanks for sharing. Let me rescape and see if it can improve my current situation. My xenos are lazy, always parking near the rocks and idling away. Might get a few syndo to help as well.

Managed to snap a picture of the L.Meleagris defending his shells. Cute little fellers for those with smaller tanks!

Thanks for the much-needed advice! Embarrassed to say I am quite confused between pH and hardness...thought high pH = hard water...
I have a pH pen to test for pH, is there any (is hardness called gH?) pen to test for hardness?

Good to start a 2ft tank with just a colony of shellie like similis, multis. Try to get 2 or 3 pairs or 2male 4 female to start with. ..fun to see the colony grow

Yeah really solid shot. Thumbs up Bro Zonkkie. Looks like got new harvest incoming liao.

I think max size is about 5 -6 cm? Very cute buggers, they like to bury themselves into the sand exposing only their eyes.
