MOM will only investigate if the one complaining can show proof of unfairness. Under the FCF, MOM or WDA will only check for discriminatory wordings in job advertisements.
Did she film or record the whole process as proof? |

I have a few emails with WDA to find out in details about this Fair Consideration Framework. They do not have any process to check or monitor or enforce fair hiring. The only thing they do is check for discriminatory words in job advertisements. They will only investigate if someone complain with proof.
