nice setup u have there bro
but u may wanna consider having a fan or chiller and i do see that u have a bubbler at the back right of ur tank... u may wanna consider removing it as it cause turbulence and shrimps dont like tt...
jus my point of opinions, some other bros may have better suggestions...
